Vanessa QTG Valve

Overview

The Vanessa Series 30,000 US Navy configuration features a double-flanged body style. It is designed to be dimensionally the same as a MIL-V-1189 gate valve which allows for easy installation into a pipeline without any pipe modifications. The QTG designed triple offset torque seated design reduces the weight, in comparison with a gate valve, along with having the advantage when actuated to reduce the size and weight. This allows for a part actuator to be used which reduces the speed of open and closure times.
