Patrick Peczerski is our Technical Sales Representative supporting the Great Lakes Region with key accounts and business development. Prior to joining the J.A. Moody team, Patrick managed business development at Phoenix Lighting. During his time at Phoenix Lighting, Patrick spearheaded US government maritime lighting projects encompassing aftermarket vessel upgrades, new-build lighting design and integration, and program-level product development. By interfacing directly with vessel chief engineers and electricians to identify lighting pain points, he translated these findings into class-wide solutions—including securing non-recurring engineering funds to develop new LED fixtures for MSC’s T-AKE and the Navy’s CVN (NAVAIR) programs, earning MIL-DTL-16377 MILSPEC approvals on the latter. To increase mission readiness, he drove lighting upgrades across Navy, MSC, USCG, US Army Watercraft, and NOAA fleets. Working with shipyards on all coasts, Patrick managed vessel lighting optimization and product specification to meet both budgetary and technical requirements. Additional projects included MSC Anti-Terrorism Force Protection initiatives, grant writing for Maritime Industrial Base defense funding, and energy conservation efforts through ENCON/OPLOG. An active member of the NSRP Electrical Panel group, he has helped promote the importance of effective shipboard lighting for the warfighter and US merchant mariners.
Patrick holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from UW-Madison in International Studies and Languages. In his free time, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his family, cooking, and travel.
