David brings over 40 years’ experience in military / DOD industry including 36 years at ARINC Incorporated, L-3 Communications, and Howell Laboratories Inc. combined.
In his civilian capacity, David has held positions as Program Manager, Program Director, Department Head for engineering, logistic, and acquisition programs in support of Navy, Coast Guard, and Army aviation and shipboard platforms. One notable program was the establishment of the Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS) program for the Office of the Secretary of Defense.
Graduate of Jacksonville University with a BS in Mathematics where he received scholarships for Naval ROTC and Soccer. He did post graduate work at University of Maryland, Robert H. Smith, School of Business.
Additionally, David and his wife Nancy built, own, and operate a year-round Bed and Breakfast (B&B) The Highland Heath House located in Rangeley, Maine. David currently serves on the Highland Overlook Land Association (HOLA) Board of Directors and has been for the past nine (9) years. In his spare time, David enjoys sailing, snow mobiles and snow skiing.
