Overview

Pumping & Pollution Control Solutions for the Most Demanding Applications

Megator has built a global presence and reputation for manufacturing unique, specially engineered positive displacement pumps and pollution control solutions for some of the toughest applications and industries that continue to exceed our customers expectation for quality, performance, and reliability. This all began with the Sliding Shoe pump which is the US Navy and Industry first choice for many applications, particularly where simple, rugged construction, inherent self-priming and high suction lift can save time and money. There is no other electrically driven pump like it in the world or one that has as many features.

The pump’s unique design characteristics give it an unrivalled combination of advantages, including high suction lift, self-priming, dry running, self-compensation for wear, easy maintenance, and repair, handling clean and dirty liquids, thin or thick equally well with low shear. Additionally, the sliding shoe pump requires very little maintenance, and the maintenance that is required, can be accomplished in a very short period. A simple design with few working parts and front cover access to those parts allows for servicing without removing the pump from the installation. Fewer working parts ultimately mean fewer problems.
